The beach and the drinks were very nice and the animation team activities were really interesting

The food in general specifically in the main restaurant doesn't taste very good and no beach snack varieties.. However, the other restaurants that required reservation (e.g. Arabian and Italian) were much better.

First day air condition didnt work, but they repair it imediately as we spoke to them the next day.

Sea, beach, main pool, bars, gardens, Italian restaurant are Marvelous. Room and house keeping and most of the stuff are very good. Special thanks to Mr.AHMAD MORSY in the reception.

Main restaurant, food variety and quality, some stuff needs to be better. Internet is very weak and slow. Pharmacy lacks important medicines

1. Mr.Hisham the assistant manager at the reception is really a gentleman ????, his great welcoming and daily calling to ensure we are so comfortable and happy. 2. La palma restaurant (Italian restaurant)was wonderful and highly recommended & the smiley staff there specifically Mr.Mohamad Hamdy. 3. The beach , pools , aqua , animations , green gardens & rooms were great. I think staff are doing their best for the guests.

The main restaurant needs some variety of food and taste at lunch and dinner. Some oriental food will make a difference

I liked much the beach, it has a fantastic location on Soma Bay, in addition, my children were able to swim and play, despite other locations in Hurghada. Moreover, the swimming pools was great, we enjoyed it a lot.

The reception refused to take the amount of stay from my credit card by EGP, they insisted to withdraw by USD, or i have to pay cash, and when i said that i will pay in cash, they calculated the EGP amount with a higher rate than the bank rate!!

The staff was kind, the place is nice.

They put extra charge on the top of the booking price upon the children (more than our friends paid for two adults). I found the level of the food cheap and boring.

Food was a disaster!!!! Staff was not always friendly!!! All inclusive is like bagging for your already payed rights. To many low class locals.

No need to go outside the resort since everything is available swimming pools, beautiful beaches, good landscape and the cost of sea trips and diving trips are competitive for such level

They close the beaches a little bit early one hour at least before sunset

-The staff was very friendly and keen on creating a great experience for guests - The beach and the pool with the water slides were amazing - The room was spacious and very close to both the beach and the pools - Good variety of food, snacks and drinks

- The bathroom was full of ants (insect control is needed) - Despite the food variety, selection of meats and poultry was poor and with low quality (meat was not chewable) - Regarding the night entertainment.. the light and fire shows were amazing but the acts and sketches (men vs. ladies competitions) were not appropriate for kids to watch.

The breakfast was fairly good

It was possible to dispense with some foods and replace them with other foods Aquatics need more development, modernization and suitability for adults

Bathroom is clean but all the time it have not good smile and it didnt have fan to refresh air Food is not good and didnt have diffrent varieties

Staff isn’t professional at all , specially f&b stuff , they only care about collecting tips .. Only care about serving non Egyptians, They have very bad impression about the Egyptian guests .. When I tried to complain to one of them , he replied that it’s all about business and collecting tips from foreigners as Egyptians are very rude and don’t pay tips As well as when I talked to another guy in a friendly way he told me that they all hate Egyptians and don’t like to serve them .. Couldn’t believe it when it happened everyday 3 times (food time) a day for 5 days when the staff come to ask all the tables surrounding mine what to drink or what do they like to have or to collect dirty plates and no one tried to make the same with me as all the surrounding tables are full of foreigners .. I’m so sorry to say that but really it was the worst experience I had. As a part of my job I used to visit hotels all over the world and I do travel every 3 months to Hurghada, sharm , dahab and makadi but really will never do it back to this hotel Food quality was very poor as well as me and my wife suffered from diarrhea for the last 3 days
