Very Good

The beach is sandy and amazing, there is a heated pool, the animation team and night show are very good food quality is good. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room size and the preparation for the kids with extra beds. Overall experience was very good and will not be the last visit

No food variety, the breakfast is the same every day and also the dinner very limited yet the food quality not bad at all only limited items and they need to enhance the bakeries

Perfect! We felt well rested and taken care of and for a good price.

Even though the hotel was big it was cozy due to all the greens and low beautiful buildings. The staff were super service oriented, kind, genuine, friendly and happy. The cleaning was excellent! Everyday we had a clean room with toilet paper, toiletries, water etc. We dropped multiple toys under the bed the cleaner always found them :). The food was good as well but a lot of lines, logistically they need to plan the food stations a bit better. Close to the beautiful beach as well and one heated pool etc. All inclusive including alcohol the labeling on booking is misleading.

Plan the food logistics better to skip the lines at dinner.

Was my great 2nd stay there ️.

1. Mr.Hisham the assistant manager at the reception is really a gentleman ????, his great welcoming and daily calling to ensure we are so comfortable and happy. 2. La palma restaurant (Italian restaurant)was wonderful and highly recommended & the smiley staff there specifically Mr.Mohamad Hamdy. 3. The beach , pools , aqua , animations , green gardens & rooms were great. I think staff are doing their best for the guests.

The main restaurant needs some variety of food and taste at lunch and dinner. Some oriental food will make a difference

The beach and the drinks were very nice and the animation team activities were really interesting

The food in general specifically in the main restaurant doesn't taste very good and no beach snack varieties.. However, the other restaurants that required reservation (e.g. Arabian and Italian) were much better.

Much love for the animation team!

Excellent vacation. From food to service just perfect. Staff was welcoming and polite. Special shout-out to the animation team for doing an outstanding job. Every interaction with them was a joy! I want to single out Stereo for being a real gem. We spent a night in the club with him and it was the highlight of our trip!

The sales people are very annoying in the beginning and nobody told us about the red flags you can get for them to not be allowed to talk to you.

I would recommend to my friends.

There was everything what we needed. Very friendly staff.

There was a very rude man selling european sweets in a shop next to the reception. He was making up different prices every day, was rude and raising his voice, very unpleasant and unprofessional but unfortunately we had to buy a box of milk for a child.

I would recommend the hotel for sure.

There was everything what we needed

There was a small shop with European sweets next to the Reception with no prices, the man was raising his voice and was very rude, making up his prices different every day, he wanted 6,50 $ for a box of local milk but we paid 3$ two days earlier. It’s ok to have high prices but he was raising his voice and cheating us like idiots.

Everything was great, the staff is trying very hard, the hotel management is very good

We chose the Sentido Caribbean World Hotel and had a great two-week vacation. We were vacationing as a family of four. The check-in was excellent, the room had a large wide bed and a bunk bed for children, which the children really liked. The room was cleaned every day, water was brought, towels were changed. The hotel has a beautiful sandy beach with a very convenient entrance for children. There is also a heated swimming pool and water slides. The food was excellent, and every evening was grilled. Lots of fruits, vegetables, meat and fish. There are five or six restaurants on site, several main ones, and the rest can be accessed by appointment. We celebrated the New Year in one of the restaurants, and the New Year's 2025 program was great!!! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we even extended our stay for a few days at this hotel. I would like to express my special thanks to Marwa!!! the personal manager of the hotel. She accompanied us throughout our vacation. On the last day of departure, we were kindly given the opportunity to check out late, which we really enjoyed! We highly recommend the hotel, come with the whole family, you will be very satisfied!

Perfect stay in a 5 star all inclusive resort. Extra clean, comfort rooms, nice staff.

The Caribbean World resort in Soma bay is by all means a 5 star all inclusive resort with every possible facility, pools, private sandy beach, restaurants, bars, spa, gym, animation. The food had a great selection and variety. It was fresh, well chosen and balanced for everybody's taste, excellently prepared, and there was always something new. The rooms were comfort, extra cleaned every day. Great support and service by the staff at every time. Shops within the resort with things you might need as essentials, souvenirs, pharmacy, optics, jewelry.

Sea, beach, main pool, bars, gardens, Italian restaurant are Marvelous. Room and house keeping and most of the stuff are very good. Special thanks to Mr.AHMAD MORSY in the reception.

Main restaurant, food variety and quality, some stuff needs to be better. Internet is very weak and slow. Pharmacy lacks important medicines
